Adult & Teen Individual Sessions

I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves and begin healing from the experiences that have shaped them. Many of my clients come to therapy after going through trauma — including sexual abuse — or find that past experiences are still affecting their relationships, self-esteem, or sense of safety. Together, we gently explore these memories and the ways they show up in your life today. Using approaches like EMDR and IFS, I help you process the pain at your own pace and reconnect with your strength, confidence, and sense of self. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and safe to heal.

I love working with teens — it’s such an important and often challenging stage of life. So much is changing all at once, and it can feel overwhelming to figure out who you are while dealing with school, friends, family, and the pressure to have it all together. In therapy, I create a space where teens can be themselves, talk openly without judgment, and learn healthy ways to cope with stress, anxiety, or self-doubt. My goal is to help them build confidence, understand their emotions, and feel more connected to themselves and others
